<p>The launch of the new collection is celebrated with a campaign starring international models such as Gisele Bundchen, Bella Hadid, Karlie Kloss, Natalia Vodianova, Malick Bodian, Anok Yai, Fei Fei and many more, who were part of the new designs inspired by the <strong>art of &#8220;The Polka Dot Princess&#8221;.</strong></p>



<p>With a pop style, each of the pieces in this collection features a design pattern <strong>with dots of different colors and sizes.</strong></p>



<p>To create them, an innovative silkscreen printing technique was used that reproduces the artist&#8217;s brushstrokes, giving a realistic effect, as if they were hand-painted. <p>Geometry is everywhere, wherever you look you <strong>can discover shapes such as triangles, circles, rhombuses, squares or hexagons.&nbsp;</strong></p>



<p>From art to architecture, cinema to fashion, there are many areas that use <strong>geometric shapes as the basis for their creations.&nbsp;</strong></p>



<p>Particularly in interior design and retail decoration, <strong>symmetry and geometry play a key role in creating proportionate and harmonious spaces.</strong></p>

<p>Geometric patterns allow us to play with<strong> different visual effects</strong>, so that we can give any space a more modern and innovative look.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Geometric design can be adapted to the decoration of practically any place, and by making the right use of this resource we can modify the proportions and dimensions of a given space.&nbsp;</p>



<p><strong>Knowing the meaning of these geometric shapes is fundamental </strong>when designing our space.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The meaning of the shapes</h2>



<p>When we refer to the design of spaces, the geometric shapes that have the most presence are the <strong>circle, the square, the triangle and the rectangle.</strong></p>



<p>Thanks to these shapes, it is possible <strong>to create infinite possibilities to achieve a sense of harmony </strong>at the point of sale.</p>



<p><strong>Symmetry, modularity and repetition can also be implemented to stimulate a variety of sensations and feelings for consumers</strong>. In fact, geometric shapes are a fantastic tool for visual merchandising since consumers are familiar with their shapes.</p>



<p>Understanding the meaning of <strong><a href="https://uxdesign.cc/psychology-of-shapes-in-design-how-different-shapes-can-affect-people-behavior-13cace04ce1e">each shape</a> </strong>will give us a key perspective when designing <strong>our Visual Merchandising strategy and our retail space.</strong></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Square</h2>



<p>The square is the basis of all geometry, this shape is associated with <strong>stability, firmness and trajectory.</strong></p>



<p>This modulation allows a design to be configured in an orderly manner. If you also add colour or textures to the design, <strong>you get an endless number of solutions</strong>, all equally effective.</p>



<p>When drawing, you feel the straight lines and right angles of the square, and you feel a strong tension.&nbsp;This tension is often used for <strong>minimalist design structures.</strong></p>



<p>All geometric shapes or figures that are based on horizontal and vertical lines belong, by their character, to the family of the square.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Triangle</h2>



<p>The fundamental character of the triangle comes from the three diagonals that intersect at the angles. Its acute angles offer an aggressive and combative aspect.</p>



<p>The triangle <strong>generates direction, dynamism, is unstable and transmits energy.</strong><br>The triangle family includes all diagonal shapes such as the rhombus, the trapezoid, the zigzag and the shapes derived from it.</p>



<p>The triangle <strong>symbolizes the thinking and is recommended for children&#8217;s exhibitions that aim to break structures or represent movement.</strong></p>



<p>A figure as simple as a triangle manages to order the space. By combining inverted triangles, we can make rhombuses, which placed randomly on a wall create a <strong>visual mural.</strong></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Circle</h2>



<p>The circle is considered the <strong>mother of all shapes</strong> and is therefore associated with the idea of movement, perfection and freedom. Its constantly curved perimeter <strong>creates a sensation of displacement, making it a good choice for conveying a message of velocity.</strong></p>



<p>A circle is born when a point moves while maintaining a constant distance from another point.&nbsp;In contrast to the rough and tense impression produced by the outline of a square, <strong>the circle produces a feeling of relaxation and perpetual movement.</strong></p>

<p>Art is the concept that brings together all the creations made by human beings to communicate a personal vision of the world. <strong>Art is an expression of ideas, perceptions, emotions and is an inexhaustible source of inspiration, as some museums and cities are a recurrent source, as well as contemporary artists open new perspectives of what art is.</strong></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">When fashion meets art</h2>



<p>Art has always been a faithful partner of window displays. Cities dress up with shop windows that identify a style, an era, recreating scenes and experiences.</p>



<p>Luxury firms and designers who have a direct relationship with art know this very well, since they do not make Prêt-à-porter but <strong>&#8220;pieces of art that dress&#8221;</strong> with an essence of lasting value over time.</p>



<p>A necessary partnership that feeds back into both the one and the other.</p>



<p>Specifically, the design of window design has an association with <strong>ephemeral art</strong> with a vision and access for all, with a strong connection to the culture of the environment and of the moment.</p>

<p>The history of 19th century art is full of great painters who exhibited their works in stores of various kinds.</p>



<p><strong>Goya</strong> presented his Caprichos for sale in a drugstore in Madrid, <strong>Hogarth</strong> sold his works in his brother&#8217;s store, <strong>Turner </strong>found his first customers in his father&#8217;s barbershop, <strong>Thomas Cole</strong>&#8216;s landscapes were discovered by the historian William Dunlap in a window of a New York street while Monet became known in the window of a store in Le Havre. (Lorente, 2000).</p>



<p>Display windows as we know them today in Spain have evolved since the seventies, when commercial and artistic techniques converged with the aim of creating brand image. <strong>But it was only in the eighties when the process began in which products were treated as works of art in a museum, turning stores into art galleries.</strong></p>



<p>The contemporary artist Banksy, for example, often uses the streets and stores to show his work.</p>



<p>In 2008 he opened his first exhibition (not dedicated to the world of graffiti) in a pet store, T<strong>he Pet Store and Chacoal Grill in New York. </strong>The artist&#8217;s goal was to promote a critique of modern society and denounce animal abuse in different industries.</p>



<p>Also, the art of <strong>Keith Haring</strong>, known for combining art and fashion, has been featured in <a href="https://www.joseluisledesma.com/fashion-and-sustainability/">Stella McCartney&#8217;s </a>transparent tattooed mannequins.</p>



<p>Nowadays, in Spain, art and window display are becoming more and more relevant: the international contemporary art fair <strong>ARCO</strong> has been focusing on it for years. For example, in 2014 it transformed all the windows display of El Corte Inglés in Preciados street by filling them with works by various artists.</p>

<p>If there is a brand that is <strong>deeply connected to art</strong>, it is undoubtedly <strong>Louis Vuitton</strong>. Collaborations with artists such as Stephen Sprouse, Takashi Murakami or Yayoi Kusama have created unique experiences and collections.</p>



<p>Vuitton was always a visionary and lover of beauty. One of his diverse and multiple interests was the conception and creation of window displays, which are the closest thing to an <strong>art gallery.</strong></p>



<p>Thanks to its strong interest in art, its window displays have seen works by Frank Gehry, Peter Marino, Daniel Buren, Takashi Murakami or Yayoi Kusama recreating true magical worlds in which golden dinosaurs, aerostatic balloons or colorful universes have given us an <strong>unforgettable experience.</strong></p>



<p>Such is the importance the brand places on window displays that in 2016 the Assouline publishing house published <strong><em>Louis Vuitton Windows</em></strong>, a book celebrating the brand&#8217;s most original window displays.</p>

<p>Loewe is one of the pioneering brands in contributing to <strong>visual and aesthetic education.</strong></p>



<p>Their window displays can be considered small museum pieces and their love for art has been kept alive since the brand&#8217;s origin.</p>



<p>The ultimate expression of this interest in the artistic world was the creation of the <strong><a href="https://www.loewe.com/eur/en/home">Loewe Foundation</a>,</strong> which since 1988 has been promoting creativity and educational projects in various fields: dance, design, poetry, photography and crafts.</p>

<p>El arte es el concepto que reúne todas las creaciones realizadas por el ser humano para <strong>comunicar una visión personal del mundo.</strong> El arte expresa ideas, percepciones, emociones y <em>es una fuente de inspiración inagotable, como algunos museos y ciudades son fuente recurrente, como también <strong>los artistas contemporáneos</strong> abren nuevas perspectivas de lo que es el arte.&nbsp;</em></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cuando la moda encuentra el arte</h2>



<p>El arte siempre ha sido un fiel compañero del escaparatismo. &nbsp;Las ciudades se visten con escaparates que identifican un estilo, una época recreando así escenas y experiencias.</p>



<p>Los saben muy bien las firmas y los diseñadores de lujo que tienen una relación directa con el arte, puesto que ellos no hacen Prêt-à-porter sino &#8220;<strong>piezas de arte que visten”</strong> con una esencia de valor duradera en el tiempo.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Una asociación necesaria que retro-alimenta tanto a uno como el otro.&nbsp;</p>



<p>En concreto, <strong>el diseño de los escaparates</strong> tiene una asociación con el <strong>arte efímero</strong> con una visión y acceso para todos, con una fuerte conexión con la cultura del entorno y del momento.&nbsp;</p>



<blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow"><p>El escaparatismo no son un vulgar par de objetos colocados al azar, sino la fusión de lo anteriormente dicho junto con lo que hay en el interior del punto de venta.</p></blockquote>



<p>La historia del arte del siglo XIX está llena de <strong>grandes pintores que depositaban sus obras en tiendas de varios tipos. </strong></p>



<p><strong>Goya</strong> puso a la venta sus Caprichos en una droguería madrileña, <strong>Hogarth</strong> vendía sus obras en la tienda de su hermano, <strong>Turner </strong>encontró sus primeros clientes en la barbería de su padre, los paisajes de <strong>Thomas Cole</strong> fueron descubiertos por el historiador William Dunlap en un escaparate de una calle neoyorquina mientras <strong>Monet</strong> se dio a conocer en la vitrina de un comercio en El Havre. (Lorente, 2000).</p>



<p>Los escaparates como los conocemos hoy en España han evolucionado desde los años setenta, cuando convergen las técnicas comerciales y artísticas con el objetivo de crear imagen de marca. Pero, será solo en los ochenta cuando <strong>empieza el proceso en el que los productos se tratan como obras de arte en un museo, convirtiendo las tiendas en galerías de arte.</strong></p>



<p>Por ejemplo, el artista contemporáneo<strong> Banksy</strong>, utiliza a menudo las calles y las tiendas para mostrar su obra.</p>



<p><strong><em>En 2008 inauguró su primera exposición (no dedicada al mundo del graffiti) en una tienda de mascotas The Pet Store and Chacoal Grill en New York. El objetivo del artista era promover una crítica a la sociedad moderna y denunciar el maltrato animal existente en diferentes industrias.</em></strong></p>

<p><strong>Vuitton</strong>&nbsp;siempre fue un visionario y amante de la belleza.<strong> Uno de sus diversos y múltiples intereses era la concepción y creación de escaparates, que son lo más parecido a una galería de arte</strong>.</p>

<p>Su máxima expresión de este interés por el mundo artístico fue la creación de la <a href="https://www.loewe.com/"><strong>Fundación Loewe</strong></a>, que desde el año 1988 <strong>promueve la creatividad y los proyectos educativos en varios ámbitos: danza, diseño, poesía, fotografía y artesanía.</strong></p>

<p>The <strong>mannequins</strong> are one of the great protagonists of the <strong>Shop Window Displays</strong> and <strong>Visual Merchandising</strong>, since their creation they have evolved accompanying trends and innovations.<br>But, what is their origin?</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Origins of mannequins</h2>



<p>The word mannequin comes from the Dutch <strong>&#8220;manneken&#8221; </strong>and means &#8220;little man&#8221;. Its origin goes back to <strong>Ancient Egypt </strong>where there was the <strong>&#8216;Mannequin of Tutankhamun&#8217; </strong>a figure that is part of the grave goods of the tomb of the pharaoh Tutankhamun and was discovered in 1922.<br>The mannequin was found by archaeologist Howard Carter in the only Egyptian royal tomb found intact and depicts the face of the pharaoh who reigned from 1336/5 to 1327/5 BC. This figure is believed to have been used to try <strong>Tutankhamun&#8217;s clothes,</strong> since the tailors of the pharaoh could not touch his sacred body.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The first mannequins</h2>



<p>The first mannequin was invented in France in the <strong>16th century</strong>. For this reason, they were <strong>originally called French mannequins</strong> and were usually intended for sewing schools.<br>Although the first mannequins present in shop windows as we know them today appeared only with the industrial revolution when shopping became important and necessary.<br><strong>In the beginning they were mainly made of wax, while the feet were made of iron and the extremities of wood, which made them very heavy</strong>.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Evolution of the figure</h2>



<p>Clearly these <strong>wax figures</strong> had their disadvantages, it was then, when the French company, <strong>Siegel &amp; Stockman</strong>, found the solution by inventing the mannequin made of <strong>papier-mâché</strong>, which weighed much less than its predecessor and did not melt during the summer. </p>



<p>Thus, it was that the new mannequin became a <strong>much flatter and more stylized figure.</strong><br>As the materials allowed providing greater realism to the mannequins, the figures were transformed over the years <strong>following the trends of each era.</strong></p>



<p>For example, in the <strong>50s and 60</strong>s the figure of<strong> Marilyn Monroe </strong>with its forms inspired the structure of the new mannequins of the time. While during the <strong>70s</strong> the mannequins became <strong>more abstract</strong> and lost most of their facial features. On the other hand, from the <strong>90s</strong> stylized mannequins with figures inspired by <strong>Kate Moss </strong>became widespread.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Current trends</h2>



<p>In recent years, the trend is to use less and less <strong>realistic mannequins </strong>in neutral colours, so that they do not condition the garments too much, although <strong>3D printing </strong>is slightly changing this. However, a pending issue would be to know <strong>the impact of its production on the environment.</strong></p>

<p>Los <span style="font-weight: 600;">maniquíe</span>s son uno de los grandes protagonistas de <em><strong>los escaparates y del visual merchandising</strong>, </em>desde su creación han evolucionado acompañando tendencias e innovaciones.</p>



<p>Pero ¿cuál es el su origen?</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Origines</strong> de los <strong>maniquíes</strong></h2>



<p>La palabra maniquí procede del holandés&nbsp;<strong><em>manneken</em></strong> y significa &#8220;hombre pequeño”. Su origen remonta al <strong>antiguo Egipto</strong> donde existía el <strong>‘Maniquí de Tutankamón’</strong> una figura que forma parte del ajuar funerario de la tumba del faraón Tutankamón y que&nbsp;fue descubierta en 1922.</p>



<p>El maniquí fue hallado por el arqueólogo Howard Carter en la única tumba real egipcia encontrada intacta y representa el rostro del faraón que reinó de 1336/5&nbsp; a 1327/5 a.C. Esta figura se cree que&nbsp;era usada <strong>para probar y sostener los vestidos de Tutankamón, </strong>ya que los sastres del no podían tocar su sagrado cuerpo.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Los primeros maniquíes</strong></h2>



<p><strong>El primero maniquí se inventó en Francia en el siglo XVI</strong>. Por este motivo, <strong>en su origen se llamaban maniquíes franceses</strong> y solían estar destinados a las escuelas de costura.</p>



<p>Aunque los primeros maniquíes presentes en los escaparates como los <strong>conocemos hoy en día</strong> aparecieron<strong> solo con la revolución industrial</strong> cuando las compras empezaron a ser algo importante y necesario.</p>



<p>En sus inicios <strong>se elaboraban principalmente con cera</strong>, mientras los pies eran de <strong>hierro</strong> y las extremidades de <strong>madera</strong>, lo que elevaba mucho su peso.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Evolución de la figura</strong></h2>



<p>Claramente estas figuras de cera tenían sus desventajas, fue entonces, cuando la compañía francesa, <strong>Siegel &amp; Stockman</strong>, encontró la solución inventando el maniquí hecho de <strong>papel maché</strong>, el cual pesaba mucho menos que su antecesor y no se derretía durante el verano. Así fue que el nuevo maniquí se convirtió en una <strong>figura mucho más plana y estilizada.</strong></p>



<p>A medida que los materiales permitían proporcionar un <strong>mayor realismo </strong>a los maniquíes las figuras fueron transformándose a lo largo de los años siguiendo las <strong>tendencias</strong> de cada época.</p>



<p>Por ejemplo en los <strong>50’s y 60’s</strong> la figura de <strong>Marilyn Monroe </strong>con sus formas inspiró la estructura de los nuevos maniquíes del momento.</p>



<p>Mientras durante los<strong> 70’s </strong>los maniquís se convirtieron en algo <strong>más abstracto</strong> y perdieron la mayoría de sus rasgos faciales. En cambio a partir de los <strong>90’s</strong> se difundieron los maniquíes estilizados con figuras inspiradas a<strong> Kate Moss.</strong></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Tendencias actuales</strong></h2>



<p>En los <strong>últimos años</strong>, la tendencia es <strong>utilizar maniquís cada vez menos realistas y en colores neutros</strong>, de manera que no condicionen demasiado las prendas, aunque la impresión 3D esta ligeramente cambiando esto. Sin embargo un tema pendiente sería saber el impacto de su producción al medio ambiente. </p>



<p>En cambio, si <strong>ha aumentado la diversificación  de posturas</strong> o, por ejemplo, el uso de grupos de maniquíes que interactúan entre ellos para garantizar al escaparate<strong> más dinamismo.</strong></p>



<p>A la hora de elegir un maniquí, lo primero a tener en cuenta es <strong>qué queremos trasmitir</strong>, <strong>dónde y cómo se va a ubicar la figura.&nbsp;</strong></p>



<p>En función a los cambios de escaparate que se realice y a su diseño<strong> será necesario elegir a un material más o menos ligero y a un maniquí articulado en mayor o menor medida.&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p><strong>Visual Merchandising and Window Dressing</strong>, different disciplines, but associated and have a common ally: the decoration. <strong>These disciplines are the keys to enhance the image of a business. </strong></p>

<p>Undoubtedly among the <strong>most used materials</strong> we find <strong>wood:</strong> one of the oldest resources and also one of the most versatile. This material provides a feeling of warmth and can be combined with many elements.<br>It can also be used untreated to convey a more rustic look.</p>



<p><strong>Paper </strong>is another of the materials widely used for <strong>shop window and store interior decorations.</strong> It is an economical, creative and easily recyclable material.</p>



<p>On the other hand we find <strong>more natural elements such as stone</strong> that is gaining importance and is often used to leave the product as the main protagonist of the store.<br><strong>Metal</strong> is also gaining prominence and is usually combined in the walls and furniture.<br>Meanwhile, the use of overly ornate upholstery on the walls is becoming less common.</p>



<p>In the case of materials such <strong>as natural stone, glass or carpets</strong>, they are increasingly present not only in high-end stores but also in large-scale distribution establishments.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The floor</h2>



<p>Flooring is another key element of the store. The use of <strong>carpets and rugs is not very common nowadays</strong>, especially in large retail stores, although they continue to be used in high-end establishments.</p>



<p>When opting for a &#8220;bare floor&#8221;, a <strong>recurring option is marble</strong>, a material that offers great strength, durability and style.&nbsp;However, most stores choose to <strong>combine this material with another type of flooring for fitting rooms where the touch with bare feet is warmer.</strong></p>



<p>Carpets are an alternative when the product <strong>requires direct contact with the feet</strong>, as in the case of shoe stores, and are also easy to clean or replace</p>



<p><strong>An avant-garde alternative</strong> are environmentally friendly<strong> woven vinyl floors</strong>, made from materials containing plasticizers, made from renewable raw materials of organic origin.</p>

<p style="font-size:18px">Sin duda entre los materiales más utilizados encontramos <strong>la madera:</strong> uno de los recursos más antiguos y también uno de los más versátiles. Este material aporta una <strong>sensación de calidez </strong>y se puede combinar con muchos elementos diferentes. </p>



<p style="font-size:18px">También se puede utilizar sin tratar para transmitir un <strong>aspecto más rústico. </strong></p>

<p>As we are in the middle of a <strong>digital revolution</strong>, the infrastructure of companies, organizations, and institutions in the world are at full swing in order to achieve efficient connectivity and develop their <strong>digital platforms without losing market share.</strong></p>



<p>The issue is clear, those companies, organizations and even state agencies how doesn’t build a truly and <strong>efficient digital platform</strong> are going to be left out from the global communication system.</p>



<p>One risk that must be taken into consideration is the <strong>lack of cybersecurity</strong> will endanger the investment and profit of the digital companies.</p>

<p>From the logistics process to the production process, <strong>the fashion industry</strong> is, without a doubt, one of the industries that has accelerated the digitization process the most.</p>



<p>Companies in the<strong> fashion industry </strong>must have efficient and effective cybersecurity packages in order to protect themselves and its clients.</p>



<p>There are several examples of companies in the <strong>retail sector </strong>that have successfully developed their digital sector without giving up on enhancing their physical stores:</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>Zara:</strong> one of the leaders in digital transformation in retail. The company already has, barcodes on the articles that you can scan to find out where the size of the item you are looking for is, whether in that store or in any, or even to buy it online. It is worth to mention the example of <strong><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6G3JIyG_GeY">Rebecca Minkoff</a></strong>, who has generated a revolution with her <strong>smart-mirrors.</strong></li><li>In the<strong> Nikestore</strong>, they have equipped the staff with <strong>smart devices </strong>with <strong>card readers</strong>, so when the store is crowded and too many  people are in line, any employee is able to charge customers, and reduce the wait time.</li></ol>

<p>Emotional Intelligence <strong>is a powerful tool that helps us increase the level of satisfaction and success in life and at work.&nbsp;</strong>People are emotional human beings and our emotions are what guide our actions.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">What exactly is Emotional Intelligence?<br></h4>



<p>According to the definition provided by <strong>Daniel Goleman</strong>, &#8220;Emotional Intelligence is the ability to know our own feelings and those of others, to motivate ourselves and to manage emotions well, in ourselves and in our relationships.&#8221; That is, the ability to understand, perceive, manage and use the emotions in a positive and successful way.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">EI and professional development</h4>



<p>Although <strong>emotional intelligence</strong> skills can be applied in many situations, it is especially important to use emotional intelligence at work, as any professional relationship is influenced by our emotions. </p>



<p>Knowledge and practice of emotional intelligence as a professional is the key to promoting any type of strategy, achieving success in the objectives and consolidating satisfactory relationships, both with coworkers and with clients.</p>



<p>&#8220;The effect of selling&#8221; is not enough, it is necessary to convey emotions, experiences, sensations and identify with the values and priorities of the client in order to add added value, offer a positive experience.<br> The development of personal and social skills increases the productivity and benefits of any project at all levels, especially in the area of Retail.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">What are these competencies?</h4>



<p>The American psychologist <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daniel_Goleman"><strong>Daniel Goleman</strong></a>, points out five competencies that are encompassed within emotional intelligence. These are:</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>Self-awareness,</strong> a capacity that allows us to detect and understand our emotions and their impact on the emotional state of other people. In addition to knowing our resources and intuitions.</li><li><strong>Self-regulation</strong>, this ability allows us to control our resources, feelings and impulses to adapt emotionally to changing situations.</li><li><strong>Motivation</strong> refers to the emotional trend that guides us to successfully achieve our goals.</li><li><strong>Empathy</strong> is awareness of the feelings and concerns of others. A skill necessary to adequately respond to and understand other people&#8217;s emotions.  This competition allows us to anticipate and adapt to the needs of our clients, to better understand our colleagues.</li><li><strong>Socialization</strong>, which allows establishing optimal and meaningful relationships with other individuals through persuasion, inspiration and negotiation. It is essential to be able to work with others towards a common goal and to learn to resolve conflicts. It also encompasses different skills, such as leadership or social intuition.</li></ol>



<p>These qualities are increasingly in demand in companies. Within an organization, emotional intelligence is beneficial in increasing the level of job satisfaction,  better leadership, reducing stress, and <strong>fighting mobbing. </strong></p>

<p>This type of seasonal campaigns has important advantages, among them, the increase in store visits, where customers come to see the latest collections. This model can generate fast gains and the capacity to respond to customer needs. This allows to locate products quickly, more accessible price to the pocket and reach a wider public.</p>

<p>Este tipo de<strong> campañas de temporada </strong>conllevan ventajas importantes, entre ellas cabe mencionar, el aumento de visitas en las tiendas, donde los cliente acuden para ver las ultimas novedades. Este tipo de modelo, puede generar ganancias instantáneas y&nbsp;la capacidad de respuesta a las necesidades del cliente.&nbsp; Todo esto permite, ubicar los productos con&nbsp;mayor rapidez, un precio más asequible al bolsillo y llegar a un público más amplio.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">No hay que olvidar que cada nueva temporada tiene una nueva historia y la obligación de generar un nuevo escenario.</h4>
