<p>Any stakeholders that participates in <strong>the fashion industry</strong> should be informed of any fact that may affect <em>the state of good health</em> of its company, store, brand, image, etc.</p>



<p>Involvement in the needs that occur <strong>in the fashion industry </strong>is an important issue to be able to transform that awareness of the situation, in the effectiveness of each function and performance that each one has in the industry itself.</p>



<p>It is also essential to have the <strong>plan risk responses, </strong>in order to solve problems that endanger the objectives of the participants in the fashion industry.</p>



<p>It&#8217;s clear that within the <strong>circumstances</strong> that occur in each period, there are factors that favour us and others that do not. Especially circumstances can become harsh without <strong>good planning </strong>and its management, especially if we speak within a change of Era, as is the case today, with the so-called “<strong>Digitisation Era”.</strong></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">The case of the Retail and Fashion industry</h3>



<p>In the <strong>Retail industry,</strong> in stable circumstances, the online sales activity has had remarkable growth and profitability, with high advantages in the face of the unfortunate closures of physical sales spaces, on the other hand the creation of Retail companies without the need install commercial spaces, solving time problems on the part of the client, etc.</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Retail business need a <strong>solid delivery system, <em>door to door,</em> </strong>so that what you buy through online sales, arrives in 48 hours maximum at the time of your home, without excuse. With properly trained distribution professionals with a team that guarantees the quality of service and performance of said professional.</li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Brands have the obligation to get transport companies that are part of that <strong>brand philosophy,</strong> transmitting the customer service and shopping experience policies of said brand. Otherwise, the brand loses control over its activity and feedback.</li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Other aspects to be greatly improved in almost all the brands are their <strong>customer service system</strong>, which is still inaccessible, with robotic responses, which has nothing to do with customer needs. As well, an agile response system before possible problems with the product.</li></ul>



<p>What is fundamental is that in all projects, all participants have to <strong>be aligned</strong> with the interests of the project itself.</p>



<p>It makes no sense for companies to invest resources, if the customer&#8217;s final shopping experience is different from the promised intention. To solve it, it is essential to have suitable Director of projects with emotional intelligence skills with appropriate team, to <strong>be able to reach the goals.</strong></p>

<p>Cualquier interesado que participa en <strong>la industria de la moda</strong>,&nbsp;debería estar&nbsp;informado de cualquier hecho que pueda afectar el estado de&nbsp;buena&nbsp;salud de su&nbsp;empresa, tienda, marca, imagen, etc. &nbsp;</p>



<p>La involucración en las necesidades que acontecen en <strong>la industria de la moda</strong>, es un tema importante para poder transformar esa&nbsp;conciencia de la&nbsp;situación, en la efectividad de cada&nbsp;función y desempeño, que cada uno tenga en su propia área. </p>



<p>Es fundamental, además, tener creados los <strong>planes correspondientes de contingencia</strong>, para poder solventar problemas que pongan en peligro los&nbsp;objetivos de los&nbsp;participantes en la&nbsp;industria de la moda.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Está claro, que dentro de las&nbsp;circunstancias que ocurren en cada ciclo de&nbsp;vida, hay factores&nbsp;que nos favorecen y otros que no. Especialmente las circunstancias pueden llegar a ser duras sin una<strong> buena planificación y su gestión</strong>, sobre todo si hablamos dentro de un cambio de Era, como es el caso actual, con la llamada de la<strong> “Era de la digitalización”.</strong></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">El caso de la Industria Retail</h3>



<p>En la&nbsp;<strong>Industria Retail</strong>, en&nbsp;circunstancias estables, la actividad de venta on-line ha tenido un crecimiento y&nbsp;rentabilidad notable, con altas ventajas&nbsp;ante los desafortunados cierres de los espacios físicos de venta, por&nbsp;otro lado la creación de empresas retail sin necesidad de espacios físicos, solventando problemas de tiempo por parte del cliente, etc. </p>



<blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow"><p>Una serie&nbsp;que&nbsp;factores&nbsp;que pueden llevar a ser un&nbsp;verdadero&nbsp;fastidio con<strong>&nbsp;consecuencias&nbsp;económicas, </strong>tanto a empresarios como a&nbsp;clientes. </p></blockquote>



<p>Como ejemplo de unos de los temas en actualidad, como es la logistica y atención al cliente, hay algunos puntos a tener en cuenta:&nbsp;</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>La venta online,</strong> traslada productos físicos a clientes de <em>carne y hueso</em>, que esperan una <strong>experiencia de compra positiva</strong>, que tenga que ver con la expectativa ofrecida por el vendedor. Con lo cual, el sistema logístico de estas empresas tienen la obligatoriedad de, no solo ser efectivo, sino <strong>ser el mejor</strong>. Y de eso sabe mucho, <strong>Amazon</strong> que recientemente anunció que ha comprado once&nbsp;aviones&nbsp;Boeing 767-300 a las aerolíneas Delta y WestJet con el fin de reforzar su flota aérea ante&nbsp;el aumento de los pedidos&nbsp;a través de Internet.</li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Aunque <a href="https://www.inditex.com/es/home"><strong>Inditex</strong> </a>tiene un <strong>sistema logístico muy potente</strong>, en concreto, en venta online, depende de empresas de <strong>trasporte externas privadas</strong>, que dependiendo de la efectividad de dichas empresas de trasporte, la recepción del producto por parte del cliente, puede demorar de 7 a 15 días. Con lo cual, no hay un efecto de inmediatez, sensación de exclusividad, satisfacción, etc., que sí proporciona el espacio físico.</li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>En el caso que dichas marcas, utilicen <strong>correos nacionales,</strong> la compra puede <strong>demorarse mucho más.</strong> Si no es, que tienes que ir a recogerlo por ti mismo, que nada tiene que ver con la experiencia de comprar a una determinada marca.&nbsp;</li></ul>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Se necesita un sistema de<strong> entrega a domicilio</strong> a prueba de todo, para que lo que compres a través de la venta on-line, llegue en 48 horas máximo a la puerta de tu domicilio, sin excusa.&nbsp;Con profesionales de la distribución formados adecuadamente con un equipo, que garantice la <strong>calidad del servicio</strong> y desempeño de dicho profesional.&nbsp;</li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Las marcas tienen la obligación de conseguir empresas de trasporte, que sean parte de esa <strong>filosofía de marca</strong>, transmitiendo las políticas de atención al cliente y experiencia de compra de dicha marca. Ya que en caso contrario, la marca pierde el control sobre su actividad y retroalimentación.&nbsp;</li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Otros aspectos a mejorar muchísimo en la casi totalidad de las marcas, son su sistema de<strong> atención al cliente</strong>, sigue siendo inaccesible, con respuestas robóticas, que nada tiene que ver con las necesidades del cliente. Como también, un sistema de respuesta ágil, ante los posibles problemas con el producto.</li></ul>



<p>Lo que es fundamental es, que en todos los proyectos, todos los participantes tienen que <strong>estar alineados con los intereses</strong> del propio proyecto.&nbsp;  </p>



<p>No tiene sentido. que las empresas inviertan recursos, si la experiencia de compra final del cliente es diferente a la intención <em>prometida</em>. Para ello es esencial contar con <strong>directores de proyectos</strong> adecuados, con formación en inteligencia emocional, equipos y medios, para poder&nbsp;llegar a los&nbsp;objetivos. </p>
